I walked past this building near Basel’s railwaystation the other morning and the light made the scene look like an old fotograph. I have no connection to the building since I did not grow up in the area – but I tried anyway to give it that old style look. Btw: Found out this is the “Rialto” and generations of kids must have learned to swim in there.

View up the “Wettsteinbruecke” crossing the Rhine in Basel. I was waiting for a tram to cross over the bridge, when this large ship crossed underneath instead. You take what you get 😀
Later on someone pointed out, that the Meret-Oppenheim Building is in direct line of the bridge – nothing I intended when I shot it.

Jokes aside: I try to practice regularly – and bringing this into my full days beside two jobs can be tricky. So the most practical way I found was to integrate it into my way to work. This is the Roche campus in Basel early in the morning.

The ever growing Roche Campus. What I love most about these new glass buildings are all the reflections in them. With the right angle, parts of the buildings seem to melt into the sky.
