Unique Abstract Architecture

Twenty Past Ten

A Unique Perspective
Looking for an example of an a unique perspective in abstract architecture photography? Look no further, you have come to the right place.
I found this unique perspective at the San Diego Convention Centre in California, USA. For this to work out I had to stand on the middle escalator at exactly the right position. Fortunately I found the middle escalator switched off – so it did not move and that made things easier. But unfortunately it was also closed to the public – which made it harder again. So I had to talk the guard into believing that there was simply no way of stopping me and that I would take full responsibility if anything happened. 😂 What makes this edit particularyl unique and abstract is the crop and the 90° rotation – kudos to my wife for suggesting this! The resulting shape reminds me of an old pendulum clock and a dial showing “twenty past nine” as the time – that’s where the title comes from.
